Most of our projects do not offer views enabling members and guests to see forever on a clear day. The club encompasses the 80th floor of Edward Durrell Stone’s iconic tower in Chicago; originally known as the Standard Oil Building it is now officially known as the Aon Center. An entire redesign of the interiors with a new style direction was our client’s request.
It is interesting to note that it takes a considerable amount of time to get tradesmen, furnishings and fixtures from the loading dock to the project site. The loading dock and subterranean world beneath the building is amazing as well. Upon completion the club’s board and members were delighted and exclaimed “this is how we always wanted our club to look”. I would call that high praise indeed!
